Fundamentals of Accelerated Project Performance
This workshop is highly interactive. Participants will be encouraged to actively contribute to the scenarios, simulation(s) and discussions. Small group activities will be utilized as appropriate.
Please be prepared to use a current or anticipated project that you are leading or supporting as a real-life application during the training. If several participants share a common project, they may want to work as a team during the session.
