Cancellation Policy for Open Enrollment/Public Offerings

• Students may cancel up to 14 days prior to the start date. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged to cover administration costs. Course materials must be returned to mScholar in their original condition.
• Students are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with returning materials.
• If student cancels fewer than 14 days prior to the start date, there will be no refund. The enrollee may choose to send a substitute in their place.
• mScholar reserves the right to cancel a class or study group due to low enrollment. If this occurs a 14-day notice is typically provided to enrollees and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy for Corporate Deliveries

• Organizations may cancel a scheduled class or study group with 15 business days’ notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee (half of total workshop fee). Other details regarding cancellation are individually determined prior to signing of the contract agreement.
